Hey there, I was just checking out your website, and I must say that your photo of Waikiki Beach at Sunset is absolutely beautiful.
Was that your first time you'd been out to the memorial over pearl harbor? It kinda creeped me out when I was there, thinking about how many bodies were down there, and being able to see the ships under you as the boat glides over them seemed surreal. My mom's friend Rhonda was there when the bombs fell - she saw the attack as a child, she was living in Honolulu at the time (obviously). We are all so blessed that we don't experience that kind of attack all that often here. Especially when you think about all the daily bombings that do still occur other places. Makes you wonder why war still goes on.
